Our Carrier Tape is manufactured for the reliable packaging and automated handling of SMD electronic components. Each tape is formed with high dimensional accuracy to ensure consistent pocket geometry, secure component protection, and compatibility with EIA-481 packaging standards.
Using premium PS, PC, or PET materials, the carrier tape provides excellent tensile strength, stable thermoforming behavior, and anti-static options for sensitive devices. The uniform pocket shape prevents component tilting, dropping, or jamming during high-speed taping or SMT feeding.
Designed for seamless integration with automatic and semi-automatic taping machines, the carrier tape supports a wide range of electronic components, including passive devices, ICs, LEDs, sensors, connectors, and precision mechanical parts.
