The FM-02V2 combines flexible vibration feeding, vision-assisted positioning and four-nozzle module transfer for suitable loose components. Parts are placed into carrier-tape pockets, followed by cover-tape sealing and reel winding.
Recipes and mechanical settings are matched to the component and carrier tape. Feeding, orientation recognition, pocket fit and achievable output are assessed with the actual samples.
These are proposal reference ranges, not a compatibility or acceptance guarantee for every component. Confirm dimensions, weight, tracks and power against the final configuration. 0402 and smaller, sticky, transparent, highly reflective or easily bent-lead components require separate review.
Send a dimensioned drawing, front/back photos, orientation requirements, carrier/cover-tape drawings and expected volume. Chinese, English and Russian documentation is available; document language does not establish the actual machine interface language.
APPLICATION
