These figures describe the forming main unit. They do not confirm every slit width, complete-line output or application. Review the drawing, tooling and downstream configuration before agreeing an acceptance test.
Downstream 1-to-2 slitting and rewinding The confirmed downstream machine slits and rewinds formed tape into two outputs. Its function is distinct from the main unit's forming process. Confirm the slitting arrangement, tape guidance, interfaces, tension and finished reels for the project. Two outputs do not by themselves establish twice the speed, different tape
specifications on each output or two independent forming stations.
Choose the equipment you need:
Option 1: CTF-02 forming main unit only.
Option 2: CTF-02 main unit plus the 1-to-2 slitting and rewinding machine as a forming line.
Option 3: Downstream slitting and rewinding equipment for an existing forming machine, subject to compatibility review.
Each quotation must identify the actual machines, tooling and options included. Main-unit pricing and complete-line pricing cover different supply scopes.

How does this line provide two outputs?
The CTF-02 main unit forms the carrier-tape web. The downstream 1-to-2 slitting and rewinding unit slits and rewinds it into two outputs. Tooling, slit widths and winding must match the tape drawing.
Can I request the main unit only?
Yes. State Machine Only or Complete Line so the quotation identifies the supplied equipment.
Does two-output mean double production speed?
Two outputs describe the configuration. Output for your tape depends on material, thickness, pocket design, tooling and test conditions. Do not treat the main-unit specification as a complete-line test.
Can 8 mm tape be made?
The main-unit specification lists 8-104 mm and requires slitting for 8 mm tape. Review the actual mold and slitting arrangement.
Can the downstream unit match an existing machine?
Send machine and interface details, tape drawing and reel requirements for review. Compatibility must be confirmed.
Is CCD inspection included?
CCD is an option. Check the quotation. A complete-line quotation must identify the forming unit and 1-to-2 slitting and rewinding unit separately.
